Legal
Last updated August 26, 2026. This policy covers thebigsmall.co, operated by Wiebe Marketing Ltd (“we”, “us”), the data controller for the purposes of the UK GDPR and EU GDPR.
We only collect what we need: the details you type into our forms, payment details handled by Stripe, and – if you say yes – analytics and marketing cookies. Nothing non-essential runs until you opt in, you can opt out again at any time, and we never sell your data.
Strictly necessary cookies keep the site, booking tool and checkout working; they cannot be switched off. Analytics and marketing cookies are off by default and only set after you opt in. You can change or withdraw your choice whenever you like:
We only email you marketing if you ticked the consent box or bought from us and chose to hear from us. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link, and you can also email us to be removed. Transactional messages about a purchase or a session you registered for are not marketing and will still be sent.
We use trusted processors to run the business: Stripe (payments), our hosting and database provider, our email provider, Zoom (webinars) and iClosed (call booking). They may process data outside your country under appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses. We do not sell your personal data.
Lead and marketing data is kept while you remain subscribed and for up to 24 months after your last interaction. Customer and financial records are kept for 7 years to meet legal obligations.
Under the GDPR you can request access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, and you can object to processing or withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any right, email privacy@thebigsmall.co. We respond within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
